WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES YOU HAVE IN PLACE?

  • Your cruise may be cancelled due to Government enforced regulations related to Covid-19. Please be assured that your ticket will be honoured at a later date. Management will be in contact with you to determine your new cruise date as soon as it is safe to reschedule cruises.
  • Continual cleaning of all surfaces throughout the cruise will take place.
  • Mandatory check-in and use of hand sanitiser is required by all guests prior to boarding.
  • Government regulations and safety requirements will be continually monitored and implemented in the best interest of all guests and staff onboard.

MEETING DETAILS AND COLLECTION OF TICKETS

Please ensure your party is ready and waiting from 6.30pm – 6.45pm at the latest, at King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour. The wharf number will be provided on your ticket, which you will receive upon final payment.  This is where you will check in and present your tickets. Please provide the booking name at check in. Ensure all your party has arrived prior to check in. The cruise departs at 7.15pm Sharp, as we only have a limited time at the wharf, the boat cannot wait for anyone running late.

The Promenade, Lime St, Sydney NSW 2000. Located directly in front of Cargo Bar.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OF MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?

No, you can have as few or as many guests as you wish.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

We tend to book out in advance, so it’s a good idea to book in as early as possible. Once you have made a tentative reservation, we require a $50.00 (excluding GST) non-refundable deposit per person to secure your booking. The final balance is then due 14 days prior to your cruise date.

INCREASE OR DECREASE IN NUMBERS

Once you have paid a $50.00 deposit per guest, your seats are confirmed. If you have a guest who cannot attend, they will lose the deposit. Please ensure your group have all confirmed prior to paying.

If you wish to add to your booking once you have paid the deposits, you may add on providing that we still have availability.

CAN WE PAY FOR OUR TICKETS SEPERATELY?

To ensure quick and orderly transactions, we ask that you have one group organiser who collects all the money from the guests and sends the payment to us.

CAN WE BUY TICKETS ON THE NIGHT?

No, all tickets must be booked prior to the night.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE BOAT?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds should you miss the boat, so be sure to get there well ahead of time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Wildboys Afloat Australia, however tickets will be issued once full payments is received 14 days before the event. Tentative or verbal bookings will not secure a date.
  1. Deposit
  • Once availability of your cruise has been checked, a tentative cruise booking will be made for the number of tickets requested and a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Deposits are due within 7 days.
  • Please note that a cruise booking is not secured until we receive a $50.00 (excluding GST) deposit per guest. All deposits paid are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days prior to cruise date.
  • This deposit confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Invoicing and Payment
  • Full payment must be received 14 days before the event date.
  • Once final payment is received, a ticket to the event with total guest numbers will be issued via email. (This ticket must be shown upon boarding the vessel)
  • Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit
  1. Method of Payment
  • We accept payments via:
    • Bank transfer (details provided on invoice)
    • Credit card (surcharges may apply)
    • Other digital methods (on request)
  1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • If the event is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. safety, vessel issues), a reschedule or full refund will be offered.
  1. Right of Refusal
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion if the event poses a risk to safety, violates the terms of the boat charter, or includes illegal or offensive conduct. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
  1. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • All staff and crew operate under RSA guidelines. Alcohol may be refused or confiscated from any guest displaying signs of intoxication. No BYO alcohol is permitted unless pre-approved. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the vessel or denial of boarding.
  1. Weather Conditions
  • Cruises will proceed in most weather conditions. In extreme weather or safety conditions (as determined by the vessel operator), the event may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. In such cases, rescheduling or credit will be offered at our discretion; refunds are not guaranteed.
  1. Embarkation and Disembarkation
  • Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Late arrival may be at risk of boarding the vessel due to regulated wharf times. Disembarkation will occur at the designated location unless otherwise arranged. No refunds or compensations will be given for missed embarkment.
  1. No Swimming
  • Swimming is strictly prohibited during or after the cruise. Any guest who enters the water will be immediately removed from the event, and the charter may be terminated without refund.
  1. Damage to the Vessel
  • The client accepts full responsibility for any damage to the vessel, furnishings, or equipment caused by guests during the event. You will be liable for repair or replacement costs as invoiced by the vessel owner or Wildboys Afloat Australia.
  1. Indemnity
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildboys Afloat Australia, its staff, contractors, and the vessel operator against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your event or your guests’ conduct.
  1. Risk Warning
  • Attendance on a boat event involves inherent risks including movement of the vessel, slippery surfaces, and variable weather. By booking, you accept these risks and release Wildboys Afloat Australia from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from such risks, to the extent permitted by law.
  1. Jurisdiction
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  1. Acceptance
  • By paying the deposit and/or confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
